Fragmented data and disjointed management tools hinder effective building operations. Siloed information and disparate systems lead to inefficiencies and missed opportunities for optimisation. Without integrated solutions, building managers struggle to achieve sustainability goals and operational excellence. In this context, the EU-funded DATAWiSE project aims to use cutting-edge AI and advanced analytics to integrate diverse data sources for a comprehensive understanding of building operations. The project will produce a Data-driven Building Performance Management toolkit and an AI-enhanced Lifecycle Data-driven Decision Support toolkit. These innovations are expected to optimise energy use, sustainability, comfort, and risk assessment in buildings. Additionally, DATAWiSE will support market and policy frameworks to encourage widespread adoption and commercialisation of these technologies.
As part of the project, DReVen is coordinating the development of the LD2S platform, which will serve as a flexible solution for informed decision-making in areas such as planning, renovation, and sustainability. At the same time, it is responsible for developing the graphical user interface and dashboard of the DBPM platform, which aims to optimize building performance.
Additionally, it provides a range of digital services related to Building Risk and Resilience Assessment as well as Sustainability Reporting.
Finally, DReVen is responsible for the deployment of a Data Sharing Platform, which facilitates the exchange of data between the project’s technical tools, ensuring a coherent and efficient workflow within DATAWiSE.
