ENERGY INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN CAPE VERDE
On May 2021, DRAXIS successfully delivered to the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Energy of Cape Verde the Energy Information Management System in Praia. A web based suite of applications that contribute to the collection, processing and data treatment on the country’s energy sector.
A DIGITAL SUITE OF TOOLS FOR THE ENERGY SECTOR
The Energy Information Management System as a suite of applications provides to all the stakeholders the digital tools to support sustainable development strategy formulation, policy making, planning and monitoring of the Cape Verde’s public energy sector. A centralized energy digital hub that provides confidence and transparency in the management of the National Energy System.
The main objective of the EIMS that consists the core of the success story behind, is, among others, the bureaucracy reduction in the registration processes of technical professionals in the sector, the sharing of information among sectorial stakeholders, administering the processes for registering companies, production systems and licensing of production plants.
