The projectʼs aim was the creation of a Geographic Information System. Several internet GIS applications were developed among which: city guide, public transport, transportation and land use, parks.
All aplications were developed using the ESRI’s ArcGIS Server Application Framework.
DRAXIS was responsible for:
a) The development and maintenance of GIS Applications;
b) The supply of GIS data;
c) The supply of GIS Software;
d) The development of a Web GIS portal;
e) The integration of the applications with the Municipalityʼs web portal;
f) The training of the users.
